Employment Background; LeRoy W. Culley is a full-time, independent, Oregon state licensed appraiser, license #L000070. His early experience in the real estate market was with Brockett Real Estate, Eugene, Oregon, where he was a member of the Eugene Board of Realtors Million Dollar Club in 1988. He began full time real estate appraising with Appraisal Associates and later with the firm of Duncan, Morgan & Brown, both based in Eugene. Mr. Culley has background experience in residential designing, planning and building. He currently holds a brokers license with the State of Oregon Real Estate Agency #850900036 and has been a licensed agent/broker since February 1986.
