Appraisal Products;

"avalutec.com" is a full service residential appraisal office. Appraisal services including the popular full summary and limited summary appraisal reports. The full summary appraisal is completed on the single family Uniform Residential Appraisal Report form, "URAR" Fannie Mae Form 1004 also known as Freddie Mac Form 70. All full summary appraisal reports are completed without departure from the Uniform Standards Of Professional Appraisal Practice, "USPAP" (unless otherwise stated in the appraisal report).

Full summary appraisals have been the lending industry standard for many years however the limited summary report completed on the Fannie Mae Form 2055 have steadily gained in popularity over the past several years. Limited summary reports are less detailed and typically only use one approach to value, the market or sales comparison approach. Click on the Products Link above for more information.
